Personalization

You wouldn’t expect your grandma to follow the same fitness program as a professional football player, so why should you? Tania works with each client to personalize a fitness program that includes training in the five elements of success: resistance training, mental focus, flexibilty, nutrition and cardio. Each client is an individual with their own goals, fitness levels, injuries/medical problems, schedules, and personalities. There are no cookie cutter programs here.

Fitness Level: During your first session, Tania will perform a variety of fitness evaluations and ask you questions about your exercise history. This gives her the information she needs to design a program that is perfect for your level!

Injuries / Medical Conditions: Tania can work with you and your health care professional to design a program that is appropriate for special needs. Each client receives a basic postural assessment. Postural imbalances may be caused by muscular imbalances of strength and flexibility. Your program may need to include exercises and stretches to correct these imbalances. *Medical clearance may be required for persons with special needs.

Goal: Over the past 9 years, Tania has received special education and experience training all types of people. Common goals include: body fat loss, muscle gain, sports performance, improved health, and rehabilitative training. Each goal or combination of goals requires a specific action plan, based in science, specifically directed to that outcome.

Schedule: Is your time limited? Do you travel a lot? Maybe you need a time efficient workout, or a workout that can be done in your hotel room. Whatever your situation, Tania will make sure your prepared for it.

Personality: Some people want a drill sergeant, some people want a more gentle approach. Tania takes the time to listen and get to know what approach will benefit the client most.
