Mental Focus

Mental focus involves your ability to focus your attention on a particular goal and take the necessary actions to achieve that goal; despite mental barriers, schedule conflicts, or bad habits.

Tania will help you improve and direct your mental focus by:

  • Helping you identify unhealthy beliefs, associations, internal dialog, habits, and behavioral patterns; and replace them with healthy patterns that contribute to your success.
  • Building confidence in your ability to reach your goal.
  • Holding you accountable for your actions.
  • Teaching you to overcome excuses.
  • Helping you focus on all the reasons you decided to improve you physique, and all of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, (rather than focusing on the perceived negatives).
  • Making your workout fun and helping you associate pleasurable feelings to exercise.
  • Helping you anticipate and plan for situations where you may be likely to overeat or skip workouts. (For example, if you overeat during times of stress or if you don’t exercise when you travel).
  • Helping you create a home and work environment that contributes to your success.
  • Helping you organize your schedule so you always have time to exercise and eat healthfully.
